Perched above the harbour of New Grimsby, looking across the narrow channel to Bryher, the New Inn is Tresco’s only pub and therefore the island’s social centre. A great selection of Cornish and Scillonian real ales are served in the traditional bar which is decorated with nautical memorabilia and locally sourced food is served in the restaurant. There is an outdoor heated pool open May to Sept for the exclusive use of New Inn guests. Bedrooms are simply decorated and well kept. There are plenty of walking opportunities around Tresco and boats can easily be taken to the other Scilly Islands.
